Overview

Sparkfit is a mobile fitness application designed for busy individuals seeking quick, effective training plans that eliminate guesswork. Developed in collaboration with head trainer Adam Bracken—who has trained athletes across the NHL, CFL, NCAA, ECHL, and AHL—the app delivers professional-grade workouts tailored for everyday users.

The Problem
