What is Duels?

Duels is a Farcaster mini-app featuring content battles where users vote on which content will receive the most votes from other players. Each Duel lasts 24 hours. All votes are made in USDC, with a minimum vote of $0.10 per Duel. You can choose your vote amount for each Duel.

When a Duel ends after 24 hours, winners are announced. If you vote on a winning option, you’ll receive a USDC payout calculated from the total voting pool and number of votes placed.

You can claim earnings by clicking/tapping on your balance.

How is a winning Duel determined?

A winning Duel is determined by the total number of votes placed on a piece of art. After 24 hours the piece of art with the most votes wins. This is not calculated by the total USDC value.

What happens in the event of a tie?

In the event of a tie, a virtual coin toss is done programmatically and a winning piece of art is chosen.
